Lutheran Life Villages entrusts only the highest-caliber professionals with the care, safety, and overall well-being of our residents. We’re also very fortunate to have a large contingent of highly trained, dedicated caregivers who have made their careers with us. Their longtime service promotes an unparalleled consistency of care. Moreover, our caregivers provide friendship, often becoming second families to our residents.
Regardless the area of expertise—nursing, pastoral care, housekeeping, wellness, dining services, maintenance, social services, activities—each and every member of our staff is here because he or she cares deeply about providing a better way of living to our residents.
In addition, the high-quality retirement-living options and compassionate care we provide to our residents wouldn’t be possible without our dedicated volunteers, who serve in a variety of capacities throughout the organization. Our volunteers give more than 25,000 hours of service annually. This large contingent of helpers not only saves the organization hundreds of thousands of dollars each year, but it also raises $30,000 to $50,000 annually through fundraisers such as the Bargain Bonanza Extravaganza.
