You’ll enjoy our clubs, groups, and activities tailored to your interests, with a unique holistic approach to healthy living. You’ll also enjoy a full range of on and off-site activities, as well as an in-house restaurant, fitness centers, walking trails, a hair salon, and more. Of course, with our maintenance-free lifestyle, you’ll have the ability to be as active or restful as you choose. We offer a variety of floor plans to meet your unique senior apartment living needs, including spacious studio apartments, as well as one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 325 sq ft to 1,541 sq ft. With new friends waiting to greet you with open arms, you’ll feel a sense of belonging. Your pets are welcome to make themselves at home, too!

Foster Grandparents

Foster Grandparents are volunteers who serve as role models, mentors, and friends to young, low-income children at risk of falling behind in school. Lutheran Life Villages fosters these relationships through an innovative partnership with the Fort Wayne Foster Grandparent program and the Children’s Village early-learning center.

Looking for a delicious meal made fresh and cooked from scratch? Pull up a seat at our beautiful, sunlit dining rooms. Our friendly staff will serve you. Have unique dietary needs? We accommodate gluten-free, vegetarian, low-sugar, and low-salt options supervised by a licensed dietician. Craving a snack? We’ve got you covered with satisfying options available all day.

Rock Steady Boxing

At The Village at Anthony Boulevard, we’ve joined forces with Rock Steady Boxing to support individuals battling Parkinson’s disease. The first fitness program of its kind in Northeast Indiana, this non-contact exercise therapy program can enhance your quality of life regardless of your gender or disease stage.

Children's VIllage

Children’s Village, a learning center for preschool children, is located on our Anthony Boulevard campus. This program intentionally unites and enriches the lives of different generations and is designed to be meaningful, impactful and fun!  Some of the activities include nature walks, lunches, arts and crafts, mail delivery and reading.

Pastoral Care

Our full-time Pastoral Care team is available to serve the spiritual needs of our residents and their families. As a faith-based organization, LLV offers regular church services, Bible studies, and other opportunities for spiritual growth for those interested.

Activity Program

Lutheran Life Villages encourages all residents to join life-enriching programs. From regular chapel services and games, to music and intergenerational programming, our goal is to promote health and happiness through high quality, compassionate care and life-enhancing programs and activities. A monthly Activities Calendar is available for residents and visitors. Please see the front desk to obtain a copy.

Social Services

Our Social Services team helps meet the medically-related social and psycho-social needs of each resident. Families are also encouraged to utilize the services of our Social Workers regarding room changes, financial concerns, or just to talk to someone. They are also knowledgeable about other resources in the community and coordinate all discharges.
