A Winning Combination.

Lutheran Life Villages — Northeast Indiana’s premier provider of senior retirement living and healthcare services — has teamed up with Rock Steady Boxing to offer the first fitness program of its kind in Northeast Indiana for people battling Parkinson’s disease. Whether you’re a man or a woman, recently diagnosed or in the latter stages of the disease, our non-contact exercise therapy program can help improve your quality of life.

Non-contact, boxing-inspired fitness.

Boxing works by moving the body in all planes of motion to build power, strength, flexibility and speed. Rock Steady Boxing has taken these movements to develop an innovative, non-contact boxing-style fitness program designed to delay, or even reverse the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease.

Classes forming at Anthony Boulevard in Fort Wayne.

We’ve entered the fight against Parkinson’s disease, and invite you to do the same. We’ve invested in training staff, purchased boxing equipment and even created an incredible boxing gym at The Village at Anthony Boulevard.
